Our dinner-theatre evenings blend great food with live entertainment. To fully enjoy the experience, we invite you to review the schedule below. Please note that doors open strictly at the times indicated—arriving earlier is not recommended.

Menu Modifications (Dinner & Lunch Theatre)

All allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 5 business days prior to the performance. (1-800-561-9188)

Gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegetarian meals must be selected in advance and may incur an additional fee.

 

Shows without meals

Doors and bar open 60 minutes before curtain time. Guests may arrive at their convenience.

To ensure the best possible experience, ticket holders are responsible for confirming the venue, date, and start time of their performance. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.

 

For performances presented by Le Pays de la Sagouine

POSTPONED – Tickets remain valid for the new date.

CANCELLED – A refund will be issued. Ticket holders will be notified by email.

 

For guest artist presentations

In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted once a decision has been confirmed.

Applicable Taxes & Fees

All prices listed in Le Pays de la Sagouine communications do not include applicable taxes or service fees.

 

Improvement fees

Committed to offering a high-quality visitor experience, the improvement fee associated with your ticket purchase is reinvested directly into site facilities and equipment to ensure the best possible experience for our visitors.

 

Ticket resale

The resale of Le Pays de la Sagouine tickets for profit is strictly prohibited.

Le Pays de la Sagouine is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels.

 

Late Arrival / Arrival Time

Ticket holders are responsible for confirming the venue, date, and start time of their performance to fully enjoy the experience. No refunds will be issued.

During the summer season, site admission is valid for two consecutive days.

 

Parking

Public parking is located on the left upon entering the site

 

Respectful Space

Le Pays de la Sagouine is a welcoming space where everyone is entitled to respect and courtesy. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the site.

 

Photos / Videos

Out of respect for the artists and fellow audience members, photography and video recording using cameras or mobile phones are not permitted during performances.

 

Accessibility & Special Needs

At the time of booking (in person or by phone), please inform the box office staff of any accessibility needs or special requirements (this service is not available online). This allows us to welcome you under the best possible conditions. The Viola-Léger Theatre Restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Le Pays de la Sagouine remains committed to making its experiences accessible*. Please do not hesitate to contact our team with any questions or specific needs – we will be happy to help find a solution.

*Please note that Akadi Lumina night walk is not accessible to wheelchairs or strollers due to uneven terrain.

 

Smoke-Free Site

Le Pays de la Sagouine is a smoke-free site. A designated smoking area is available in the parking lot. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate removal from the site.

 

Animals

Service animals are welcome at Le Pays de la Sagouine. Please note that certification for your service animal will be requested at the admission desk upon arrival.
