The Pays de la Sagouine is now closed for the season. Please note that the site (mainland and island) is not accessible to visitors.

The box office is located inside the Administration building and is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Akadi Lumina remains open until October 14th.

The Pays de la Sagouine is a cultural destination where Acadian traditions are alive, and our joie-de-vivre is contagious.

Breathe in the salty air of the Bouctouche Bay while strolling on the footbridge leading to l'Île-aux-Puces. Discover a world buzzing with endearing characters. Enjoy shows, music and theatre. Immerse yourself in the world of Nounours the Bear, with daily shows for children. Savour a bowl of fricot; a comforting chicken stew seasoned with savory. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a pet de sœur (nun's fart)!

And if you still feel like celebrating, take advantage of our famous musical evenings on the terrace.

Akadi Lumina

On August 3rd 2023, Le Pays de la Sagouine inaugurated AKADI LUMINA, an enchanted Lumina Night Walk in Bouctouche, New Brunswick. Created by the Montreal multimedia entertainment studio Moment Factory, the luminous and immersive experience in the form of a footpath is the 18th of the series and the very first in Atlantic Canada.

Our Christmas dinner show series is without a doubt one of our most popular activities. Come celebrate with the characters from Le Pays de la Sagouine who will make you laugh, cry and applaud with our brand new holiday show.
